Refund policy

At Oofy Organics, we believe that wellness begins with trust. Every bottle, jar, and pouch we deliver is handled with care, but in the rare case something goes wrong, here’s how we make it right:

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Time Frame: You are eligible for a refund if the request is made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Condition of Product: To be eligible, the product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact, just the way it left our farm shelves.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please keep your order ID or receipt handy. We’ll need it to process your refund request smoothly.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order items (like gift packs with personalization) are non-refundable.

  • Discounted or sale items are final and can only be exchanged if found to be defective or damaged on delivery.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Step 1: Get in Touch: Email us at support@oofyorganics.com or WhatsApp us on +91-92123-48678 with your order ID, issue details, and clear images/videos if applicable.

  • Step 2: Return Shipping:

    • If approved, you’ll be asked to send the product back to our return address (which we’ll provide).

    • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product was defective, expired, or incorrect.
    • If a refund is processed, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you of its status.

  • If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may reflect within 5–7 working days.

5. Exchanges

  • We’re happy to replace items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

  • Please reach out to support@oofyorganics.com and ship the product back to the return address we provide.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

Still waiting for your refund?

  • Contact your credit card company, it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank. Processing times vary.

If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, don’t worry, just reach out to us at support@oofyorganics.com and we’ll look into it immediately.
